"Sam came to my home office a few months ago to sort out a number of problems with my desk top and laptop computers as well as other office equipment such as my printer. I am a self-employed consultant and these are my essential work tools and I was experiencing a number of problems including speed of operation, incompatibility, and occasional printer breakdown.
I had also recently received my new corporate identity materials and needed a series of computer templates to be produced in different formats from digital artwork as well as a new email sign off that included some complex design working.
